I work with two types of clients:
CHRONIC PAIN SUFFERERS
Individuals who are in moderate to severe pain and are committed to natural, non-invasive means of relieving chronic pain and dysfunction. My clients frequently see 50-100% relief from pain within a few sessions. I have successfully worked with individuals with multiple bone fractures, including pelvis fractures, concussion syndrome, and chronic migraines. My system of integrated manual therapy works on a wide range of issues and provides noticeable improvement usually after the first session.
I work with athletes who are looking to improve their athletic ability and performance through consistent, state of the art manual therapy as an integral part of their training and fitness regimen. Small incremental changes in body position and range of motion can create significant quantifiable improvements in athletic performance.
ABOUT MY TRAINING:
I graduated at the top of my class from Irene's Myomassology Institute in Southfield MI - one of the oldest, largest, and most respected massage schools in the Midwestern United States.
My post graduate work includes extensive training in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger International Institute.
I have been a professional body worker since 2004, and have been teaching massage since 2008. I am currently on the teaching staff of Irene's Myomassology Institute and am a teaching assistant with Upledger International Institute.
I recently graduated from the XPE CORE Sports Bodywork Mentorship program in Boca Raton, FL where I became certified in CORE Myofascial therapy. This work dramatically expands the body's ability to perform with greater flexibility, ease, balance and comfort. It is truly a game changer for those suffering with moderate pain/dysfunction and athletes looking for a competitive advantage through enhanced physical capability.
